SHIPPING, EXCHANGE & NO-RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Murder Made Me Famous. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping, exchange, and no-return terms.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Limited releases, high-volume drops, pre-orders, custom items, and special releases may require additional processing time. Any special processing estimates will be communicated on the applicable product page when possible.

Processing time is separate from the shipping carrier’s transit time.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or contact information provided at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your:

  • Full name
  • Street address and apartment/unit number
  • City, state and ZIP code
  • Email address and contact information

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking information should be used to monitor your shipment.

If your package appears to be lost, contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can review the shipment and, when appropriate, assist with a carrier claim.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building management or mailroom and contact the shipping carrier.

Each situation will be reviewed individually. We cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as properly delivered by the carrier except where required by applicable law.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging when relevant

Do not wear, wash, alter, or remove the tags from the item while the claim is being reviewed.

If we confirm that an incorrect or defective product was sent, we will provide an appropriate replacement or other remedy as required by applicable law.

NO RETURNS — EXCHANGES ONLY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUNDS.

Murder Made Me Famous operates under an exchange-only policy.

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged for another available size of the same item, subject to inventory availability.

To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free from stains, odors, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of use
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging when applicable
  • Submitted for an exchange request within 7 days of confirmed delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

SIZE EXCHANGES

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description and size information before purchasing.

Because many Murder Made Me Famous products are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that your requested replacement size will be available.

If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer another available exchange option at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

An unavailable exchange size does not automatically make an order eligible for a cash refund.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the exchange is necessary because we sent an incorrect or defective item, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending merchandise back for an exchange.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending an exchange. Murder Made Me Famous is not responsible for exchange packages lost before they are received by us.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for exchange:

  • Worn or washed merchandise
  • Items without original tags
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Certain accessories or hygiene-sensitive products where identified
  • Items specifically marked FINAL SALE / NO EXCHANGE

Defective or incorrectly fulfilled merchandise will still be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order products are produced or allocated before they are ready to ship.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, transportation, customs, supply-chain, or other delays.

By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge that the item may not ship immediately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are separate from our shipping charges unless expressly included at checkout.

Murder Made Me Famous is not responsible for customs processing delays or charges imposed by foreign authorities.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or modified.

Please verify your products, sizes, quantities, payment information, and shipping address before completing checkout.

REFUSED & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because of customer-provided address issues may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Any remedies for such orders will be determined in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

POLICY AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase from Murder Made Me Famous, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Shipping, Exchange & No-Return Policy.

Our no-return / exchange-only policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
