All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, inventory, or other errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you with available options or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order where appropriate.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.

5. ORDERS

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping estimates provided during checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Processing times and carrier transit times are separate.

Murder Made Me Famous is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or other transportation disruptions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before completing an order.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

8. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking information should be used to monitor delivery.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order information and any requested documentation so we can review the situation and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier claim.

A carrier marking a shipment as “delivered” does not automatically determine the outcome of every claim. Claims will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FINAL SALE ITEMS

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and final-sale purchases are governed by the Return/Refund Policy displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Products identified as pre-orders are not immediately available for shipment.

11. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes may be subject to expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, one-use limits, or other conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotions that are being exploited, reproduced without authorization, or used contrary to their stated terms.

“Murder Made Me Famous” is used as a creative brand identity and artistic expression. The brand name is not intended as an instruction, encouragement, endorsement, or glorification of real-world violence or unlawful conduct.

The brand’s creative messaging may use provocative, rebellious, fictional, metaphorical, or streetwear-inspired themes as part of its artistic identity.

14. USER CONTENT

If you voluntarily tag us, submit photographs, reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content, you remain responsible for that content.

We will not claim unrestricted ownership of your content merely because you interact with the brand.
